Graveside Service for Marguerite Plaisance Jones, 76, of Tyler, will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Rose Lawn Cemetery, 2003 Blue Mountain Blvd, Tyler, TX, 75703, with Pastors Sam Deville and Rev. David Darst officiating. Visitation will be before the Graveside from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., all under the direction of Brosang Family Funeral & Cremation Services.

Mrs. Marguerite went to her eternal home, Monday, December 23, 2024, in Tyler, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 3, 1948, in Raceland, LA to Benson Joseph Plaisance and Vlyna Marguerite Chauvin Plaisance.

Marguerite was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She attended Flint Baptist Church in Flint, TX and had a strong love for the Lord. She loved gardening and spent many hours learning about how to care for her beautiful flowers and plants.

Marguerite was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Benson Joseph Plaisance Jr.

She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-three years, Norman Jones; her son, Michael Paul Jones; daughter, Cara Jones (Tony) Indovina; three grandchildren, Griffen Jones, Ava Indovina and Drew Indovina; two brothers, Nelson (Nelly) Plaisance and Charles (Naomi) Plaisance.
